HMC / VMC / VTL SETTER AND PROGRAMMER

As a HMC/VMC/VTL Setter and Programmer at SRI KRISH AUTOMATION in Coimbatore, your role will involve setting up and programming Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), and Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) using either MANUAL MACRO PROGRAMMING OR MASTERCAM PROGRAMMING. Your day-to-day tasks will include interpreting technical drawings, creating efficient machining programs, tooling setup, machine operations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and meet targeted outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and program HMC, VMC, and VTL machinery using MANUAL MACRO PROGRAMMING OR MASTERCAM PROGRAMMING - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create efficient machining programs - Perform tooling setup and fixture configurations - Utilize CNC MACRO PROGRAMMING languages and G-code effectively - Ensure precision, quality control, and adherence to industry standards - Solve problems and optimize machining processes - Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a production team Qualifications: - Technical expertise in HMC, VMC, and VTL machinery programming and operation - Skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints - Experience in tooling setup and fixture configurations - Strong knowledge of CNC MACRO PROGRAMMING languages and G-code - Commitment to precision, quality control, and adherence to industry standards - Problem-solving abilities and optimization of machining processes - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a production team - Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is a plus,
