Additionally, you should have successfully managed a team of Life Sciences Consulting professionals in previous roles. As a candidate for this position, your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating deep expertise in the Pharma domain with over 15 years of industry experience. - Engaging in domain consulting projects with Pharma customers. - Leading customer workshops and influencing decision-making processes. - Acting as a product owner to develop new offerings within the organization for recurring solutions. - Mentoring a team of over 20 Life Sciences Consultants. - Collaborating with Sales Leaders to shape Pharma deals using domain expertise. - Conducting vendor briefings with Analyst groups to enhance brand visibility. - Implementing brand positioning strategies in the Pharma space through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.,
