Location: Mumbai | Type: Full-time | Reports to: COO Role Objective: Maximise online sales and brand visibility across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the D2C website through strategic listings, ads, and promotions. Key Responsibilities: Manage all online marketplace accounts (Amazon, Blinkit, Meesho, etc.). Create, optimise, and update product listings with SEO-rich content and images. Plan and run platform ads, promotions, and deals to increase conversions. Track daily sales, ad ROI, inventory levels, and competitor pricing. Coordinate with production & dispatch to ensure timely order fulfilment. Generate weekly sales & performance reports. Requirements: 2+ years experience in e-commerce/marketplace management. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. Understanding of SEO for marketplaces and digital ad platforms. Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills. Location: Mumbai | Type: Full-time | Reports to: COO Role Objective: Drive brand visibility and sales growth by planning and executing marketing campaigns while tracking and analysing business performance data to make informed, high-impact decisions. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Content (Creative Execution) Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars, launches, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate product photoshoots, packaging updates, and creative asset production. Manage social media posting schedules (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic content creation via Canva/Photoshop or freelancers. Work with e-commerce & sales teams to align promotions across online/offline channels. Coordinate influencer tie-ups and marketing collaborations. Data & Operations (Performance Tracking) Build and maintain dashboards for sales, inventory, ad performance, and profitability. Track marketplace metrics (sales trends, ROAS, conversion rates, competitor data). Monitor inventory health — flag slow movers and forecast demand. Analyse campaign performance and suggest optimisation strategies. Present weekly reports with actionable insights for management. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related role (FMCG/e-commerce preferred). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if familiar with BI tools. Understanding of digital marketing basics and content planning. Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Creative mindset with an eye for detail in content quality and brand presentation. KPIs: % increase in sales driven by campaigns.
