Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Daily Interaction with Medical Professionals: Visit and engage with doctors, surgeons, neurologists, physiatrists, and hospital staff across assigned hospitals and clinics. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to encourage referrals and promote the Centre’s services. 2. Lead Generation through Medical Network: Build rapport with medical teams to stay informed about potential neuro rehab candidates. Actively source patient leads from hospitals, ICUs, and other referring institutions. 3. Patient & Attendants Follow-up: Approach patient attendants in hospitals to introduce the rehabilitation centre’s offerings. Clearly explain the benefits of neurorehabilitation and answer queries to encourage enquiries and visits. 4. Counselling & Conversion: Motivate and guide patients' families to visit the facility for assessments. Provide regular follow-ups to maintain interest and build trust, ultimately leading to admission conversions. 5. Sales Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets. Maintain and update lead pipelines, track follow-ups, and report conversions accurately. 6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of patients. Provide feedback to improve patient experience and optimize the admission process. 7. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and referring doctor preferences. Provide regular reports on field activities, lead status, and admission performance to management.
