Roles and Responsibilities Prepare tissue samples for histopathological examination by performing various techniques such as fixation, embedding, microtomy, and staining. Operate laboratory equipment including autoclaves, microscopes, and centrifuges to ensure accurate results. Conduct quality control tests on reagents and instruments to maintain high standards of testing accuracy. Maintain accurate records of patient data, test results, and inventory management. Collaborate with pathologists to discuss sample analysis and provide technical support during procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in Histopathology Laboratory Technician role or related field (B.Sc + DMLT/CMLT). Strong knowledge of clinical pathology principles and practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
