Job Title - Graphic Designer Animated/Static + Analyst Management Level: 10 Analyst Location: Mumbai Must have skills: Static and animated content creation Good to have skills: Knowledge of JS/Javascript coding and responsive banner layouts Google’s double click campaign management certification Hands on knowledge of Video editing tools Job Summary Create high-quality animations and designs using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Google Web Designer, HTML5, and CSS. Develop original concepts, storyboards, and 2D/3D assets aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Google web designer, HTML5, CSS, basic is a must Develop original ideas and design concepts aligned with project briefs and brand identity. Work closely with Creative director and create detailed storyboards to visualize concepts and present ideas to stakeholders. Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and tone. Design and animate 2D/3D assets for product showcases, video content, and digital experiences. Organize and manage animation assets, templates, and project files for efficient workflow. Clearly articulate concepts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Review and refine animations to meet quality standards, ensuring precision in timing, transitions, and effects. Analyzing the work received from client/onshore and identify the missing elements in the same. Stay flexible and efficient in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and integrate fresh ideas into projects. Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure flawless final outputs. Prepare output files ensuring they meet industry standards. Communicates with clients on call, chat, email Problem solving skills Capable of functioning and delivering under tight deadlines Possesses a thorough understanding of Graphic Process Able to devise ideas quickly Flexible to work in shifts Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused Good to have knowledge GenAI based image creation methods . Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role: Adobe Creative Suite (Must have knowledge of tools Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) HTML5/CSS Basic Knowledge of JavaScript Google web designer Knowledge of ad hosting platforms like Google Campaign Manager/Google Ad manager will be an added advantage Your experience counts! Post Graduate or Graduate in Fine Arts/ Commercial Arts Candidate with 4+ years of hands-on experience on static and animated content creation
