Hiring - Tele-Sales Executive/Tele-Caller - Mohali (Male)

Under the administrative supervision of designated supervisor, advise and counsel students in relation to programs offered by Orane and ensuring that the customer gets converted into an admission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services and generate interest.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only (due to shift/work requirements).
• Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with experience.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in tele-calling/sales will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
