Job Description Technical Support Service Desk – MNC Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore  Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA 5 Days Working | Rotational/Night Shifts Only local candidates can apply, out locations not eligible.  About the Role: We are hiring experienced Technical Support Engineers to provide premium client support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support via multiple channels. Troubleshoot issues in web protocols, networking, system administration, and email delivery. Analyze logs and configurations to find root causes. Work with Windows/Linux CLI, APIs, SQL, and Active Directory. Handle escalations and collaborate with technical teams. Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base. Requirements Only (1–6 years of technical support Experience) Graduates can apply.  Strong knowledge of HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, APIs, SQL, CLI (Windows/Linux). Ability to read scripts/logs (Python, JavaScript, HTML). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Flexible for rotational/night shifts.
