Hiring staff(Stock Incharge)

Job Summary

The Stock In-Charge is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all school inventory, including stationery, laboratory materials, sports equipment, uniforms, books, and other supplies. The role ensures that stock is properly recorded, safely stored, and issued as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and remaining
• Receive, check, and verify supplies against purchase orders or invoices
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items
• Issue materials to staff and departments as per approved requests
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items
• Assist in annual or periodic stock verification and audits
• Ensure safe handling and proper use of school materials
• Coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store/stock room

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vellore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
