Nursing Registration: State Nursing Council Registration is mandatory Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care across assigned units. Assist in surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative care. Collaborate with doctors, anesthetists, and surgical teams efficiently. Manage and operate OT equipment, maintaining aseptic techniques. Ensure adequate stock of medications and consumables. Comply with infection control, biomedical waste, and hospital safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records regularly. Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, and disaster preparedness standards. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid state nursing registration. 2 to 10 years of clinical experience in a hospital setup. Strong communication skills with a caring and patient-centric approach.
