Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Provide individualized nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
