Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and fine-tune
LLMs and NLP models
using frameworks like
LangChain, Hugging Face, Transformers, and PyTorch
.
Build
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
systems using
vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus)
.
Develop scalable ML pipelines for
data preprocessing, embeddings, and inference optimization
.
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to
deploy models on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
.
Evaluate model performance using metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, and latency.
Integrate
GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, Gemini, Azure OpenAI)
for enterprise use cases.
Contribute to
research, PoCs, and AI-driven product innovation
.

Required Skills

Proficiency in
Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI
.
Deep understanding of
LLMs, Transformers, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
.
Experience with
cloud AI deployment (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex)
.
Strong foundation in
statistics, ML algorithms, and data engineering workflows
