• Observe and evaluate

  demo therapy sessions

  of psychologist applicants
• Assess key areas such as structure, warmth, empathy, clinical reasoning, and communication
• Provide

  structured written and verbal feedback

  to the hiring team
• Ensure consistency and fairness in the screening process
• Maintain Rocket Health’s quality benchmarks by helping select the right candidates

📋 You’re perfect if:

• You’re empathetic, observant, and have strong listening skills
• You can provide

  clear, constructive, and actionable feedback

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You’re passionate about raising standards in mental health care

• Bonus

  : You’ve worked in telehealth or startup environments and are comfortable with evolving processes
