Role : QA Automation Lead

Experience: 6+ yrs

Location : Noida (Hybrid)

We are looking for a QA Automation Lead to drive test automation strategy, mentor QA engineers, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on automation experience, leadership capabilities, and exposure to modern testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, and will lead QA activities, ensure high-quality releases, and contribute to building automated test coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA automation team across projects
• Define automation strategy, test frameworks, and best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web/API applications
• Perform code reviews and ensure test coverage and quality standards
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide quality metrics to stakeholders
• Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in QA with good exp in Automation
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium
• Proficiency in Java / Python / JavaScript
• Experience in API automation (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git)
• Good exposure to SQL and database testing

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
