Key Responsibilities: Review and verify loan applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete. Conduct preliminary financial assessments, including income, assets, and credit checks. Analyze applicant information to determine loan eligibility based on underwriting guidelines. Validate loan approvals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in loan documentation or risk factors. Maintain effective communication with clients, loan officers, and internal teams. Ensure smooth and timely loan processing from submission to final approval. Keep records of loan decisions, modifications, and compliance checks. Skills & Requirements: Must-have: Strong knowledge of loan underwriting, risk assessment, and compliance Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), Loan Processing Software Good to have: Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility: Must be adaptable and quick in handling high-volume loan applications Apply Now!
