What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. Minimum equivalent experience 5+ to 12+ years in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) development and implementation. Proficiency in X++, .NET, and relevant programming languages. Strong understanding of D365FO architecture, data models, and integrations. Ability to design high-performance solutions within D365FO. Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire development teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Expert or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Additional Information: Proven experience in leading full-cycle implementations or upgrades of D365FO. Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
