Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logo & Brand Identity Designer located in Bhadohi. The designer will be responsible for creating logos and comprehensive brand identity systems. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements, developing design concepts, creating visual assets, and refining designs according to feedback. The designer will also ensure that all designs align with the brand's overall strategy and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in logo design, brand identity design, and graphic design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
