Hiring " Legal Executive " for Real Estate Company
Qualification : Bachelor of Laws ( LLB )
Salary : 55k - 60k (Must be Negotiable)
Experience : Minimum 6 years plus.
Location : Newtown, Kolkata
Job Responsibilities :
A. handling BL & LRO mutation, land conversion, record correction, and RERA related matters
including Project registration, compliance anddocumentation before competent authority.
B. Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
C. Represent the company in legal proceedings , including litigation and arbitration .
D. Draft review and negotiate contracts , agreements and other legal documents. etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
