The first Antara community was launched in April 2017 near Dehradun, Uttarakhand with 190 apartments spread over 14 acres of land. After our first one-of-its-kind, independent residential community at Dehradun and another at Noida, Sector-150. We are set to scale up further and carry forward the Max Group legacy of holistic care solutions with the launch of Antara Care Homes and Antara Care at Home services. Role & Responsibilities: Market & Competition Analysis Conduct market recce and competition analysis to understand their offerings and market positioning. Operational Readiness & Project Management Oversee complete project management to ensure timely launch of operations. Develop and maintain a launch blue book to guide the project from initiation to completion. Create, implement, and update operational procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage the recruitment process and ensure training for staff across various departments. Facility Management & Administration Handle the day-to-day operations and management of facilities. Oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of all operational aspects. Operational Coordination Coordinate with departments such as infrastructure, human capital, vendors, etc., for efficient execution. Manage procurement processes, including overseeing Ops Capex (Capital Expenditure). Supervise the entire set-up process and ensure operational standards are met. Provide training, handholding, and shadowing for new CMs (Center Managers) and other team members. Manage snagging and de-snagging processes to ensure facilities are ready for launch. Quality Assurance Ensure all operations comply with LTFS (Long-Term Financial Sustainability) goals and quality standards. Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during the operational phase. Risk Management Identify and address any unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during execution. Qualification: Any Graduate can apply.
