Job Title: Front-end Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front-end Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building responsive, high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind, along with proven experience in designing UI components and applying UX principles to deliver intuitive user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build reusable and modular UI components aligned with design system standards.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services through REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Optimize application performance, page load speed, and overall UI responsiveness.
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices, including code reviews, performance profiling, and refactoring.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and prototypes into functional components.
• Design clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces using Tailwind, CSS utility classes, and component-based design patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product designers to enhance usability and aesthetics.
• Apply user experience principles to create intuitive navigation flows, interaction patterns, and layouts.
• Conduct usability checks, A/B validations, and iterative improvements based on feedback.
• Ensure digital accessibility (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standards) and seamless cross-browser, cross-device experiences.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.
• Maintain clear documentation for components, workflows, and UI patterns.

Key Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, component lifecycle, and functional components. Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design methodologies.
• Experience in UI component design, reusable component architecture, and frontend design systems.
• Proven UX design understanding with the ability to convert design concepts into high-quality interfaces.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and browser developer tools.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of React Router, Context API, or state management libraries (Redux/Zustand).
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and debugging.
• Understanding of Figma for UI-UX collaboration.
