Join the BPO International Process as a Customer Support Executive and assist customers from Australia with their queries related to telecom services, billing, plan upgrades, technical troubleshooting, and account management via voice or chat.
Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions in a professional manner while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Education: HSC / Graduate Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Australian Accent Preferred)
Comfortable working in rotational US / AUS / International shifts
Good typing skills (for chat processes)
Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
