Required Skills

• Functional and technical understanding of cards system architecture using ISO8583, TSYS PRIME, core processing solutions and underlying cards business processes. Experience any other industry led platforms would be a bonus.
• Understanding of the basic TSYS PRIME hub architecture, the surround systems for hubs in a typical cards system hub architecture and specifically TSYS PRIME
• Should hold expertise in TSYS PRIME Business Configurations, Rules Setup, alerts configuration, and product customization. Well versed with TSYS PRIME flows, various queues, UDQs etc.
• Should have hands on experience in analyzing TSYS PRIME Traces, finding work around solutions, liaising with TSYS

  BA/QA

• Hand on experience in business rule configuration, and other static data set up based on banks business requirement
• Expertise in preparing TSYS PRIME Technical requirements, review of FRSD, IRSD and CRD documents
• Understanding of underlying cards issuing and servicing flows and business processes covering issuance, authorization, collection, billing, fraud and dispute handling, and experience in writing functional requirements for integration of these services with banks systems
• Well versed with cards messaging formats. Experience in ISO8583 is must have .
• Should have a know-how of defect triaging for identifying the root cause of issue
• Must have worked in at least 1 TSYS PRIME implementation anywhere in the globe.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Eliciting functional and integration requirements from banks business and IT stakeholders
• Work with Bank SMEs to create business requirement documents (BRD) , Integration requirement docs (IRD)
• Work with product SMEs to perform Gap analysis and create Function requirement and solution documents
• Work with cards product architect to create Interface specification documents (ISD)
• Guide and support the banks business teams in executing test cases for various cards transaction scenarios
• Support the banks team with defect triage and identifying the root cause as either configuration or code defect.
• Work independently on the project and drive the deliverables

Additional BSA skill set/experience:

• Create Agile user stories and acceptance documentation
• Participates in all agile ceremonies
• BSA’s facilitation of pre-grooming and grooming sessions during agile ceremonies
• Direct interaction with Line of Business partners internal and external and business groups.
• Identifies and docs all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes.
• Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.

• Ability to analyze these requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
• Ability to adapt to a fast-learning environment and deliver as a Lead BSA demonstrating ownership and drive in a short span of time
