Job Description

Shift: Day Shifts Only (6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Off) Night Shifts Available (with Night Cab Facility) Salary: Punjabi & Assamese : 17,000 in hand Malayalam : 19,000 in hand + relocation bonus 14k Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) Medical Benefits Travel Allowance Night Cab Facility (for night shifts) Job Responsibilities: Provide customer support in your native language (Malayalam, Assamese, or Punjabi). Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent service. Requirements: Must be educated , Minimum Qualification: Graduate. Proficiency in the respective language (Malayalam, Assamese, or Punjabi). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
