Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads or database.
Respond to inbound inquiries from customers interested in health insurance.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans (individual, family floater, senior citizen, etc.).

2. Product Presentation & Sales Conversion

Explain policy benefits, coverage, terms, premium, and exclusions clearly.
Handle customer questions and objections with confidence.
Persuade customers to purchase or renew health insurance policies.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience during calls.
Ensure accurate customer data entry in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Follow up with customers for document collection, premium payments, or renewals.
Maintain long-term relationships for repeat or referral business.

4. Compliance & Quality

Follow company sales scripts, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI norms).
Maintain complete confidentiality of customer data.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer information and policy details.
Avoid mis-selling or false commitments.

5. Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to achieve team targets.
Provide daily call reports (number of calls, leads, conversions).
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new health plans or offers.
