Hiring For Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a

  team of minimum 10 recruiters

  , ensuring productivity, quality hiring, and target achievement
• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  for Non-IT (70%) and IT (30%) requirements
• Strong hiring experience across

  BFSI / Investment Banking / Financial Services

  domains
• Work extensively on

  senior, mid-level, and volume hiring

  mandates
• Hands-on experience working with reputed BFSI clients such as

  HSBC, Barclays, Citi, ANZ

  , and other Retail/

  Investment Banking

  clients
• Willingness to

  travel across India

  for client visits, business development meetings, and reviews
• Excellent

  client handling and stakeholder management

  skills
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote setup

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
