Work Location: Work From Office.

Shift: Day Shift.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week.

Office Timings - Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM. Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.

Gender: Female candidates only.

Age: Up to 29 years.

Education: Any Graduate / Pursuing candidates.

Note : Internship Program for pursuing candidates (2 Months Internship - Offline).

Experience:

Freshers are welcome.

Recruitment experience candidates.

Customer Support / BPO experience candidates are also eligible.

Job Role: HR Recruiter (End-to-End Recruitment)

We are looking for dynamic and motivated female candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities (End-to-End Recruitment)

Handling end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Sourcing profiles through job portals, referrals, databases, and social media.

Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per requirements

Conducting initial HR interviews & telephonic screenings.

Coordinating with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Explaining job roles, salary structure, and company policies to candidates.

Managing offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Salary Package

Stipend: 10,000 (Internship).

Freshers: 15,000 18,000.

Experienced: 18,000 25,000.
