Job Description

Hands on experience in Tax Compliances, Assessments, Litigations, Representations before tax authorities, Drafting Skills and review of replies/ submissions, M&A.
Strong Experience in Tax Governance, MIS reporting, ICDS Impact Analysis and International Taxation, Review of GST returns, Annual GST audits, Various SCN
Liasoning with statutory/ Internal auditors and external consultants for Tax & Transfer Pricing audits including Tax returns, Tax assessments
Working Knowledge of Financial Analysis and IndAS
Candidates having SAP Knowledge and consulting background will be additional advantage
To ensure oversighting of Tax Compliances, Management of Tax Litigation & Assessments, Support M&A Activities for Structuring & Planning and involved in Automation Initiatives.
