Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and providing support to users. This role requires a proactive approach to system management and a solid understanding of both hardware and software components. Responsibilities Manage and maintain system infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive data. Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations. Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations. Provide technical support to users and resolve any system-related issues. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-10 years of experience in system administration or a related role. Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Ability to write scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
