Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Small Enterprise RM will manage and grow a portfolio of small enterprise clients (typically turnover up to 100 crore) by sourcing new clients, deepening relationships with existing clients, cross-selling banking products & services, and maintaining portfolio hygiene .

Manage and deepen relationships with existing small enterprise clients to increase wallet share.
Cross-sell working capital, term loans, trade, treasury, cash management, and insurance products.
Prepare credit proposals, assess credit risk, and ensure adherence to policy and compliance norms.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and ensure timely renewals.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Legal) for seamless client servicing.
Ensure portfolio hygiene, maintain audit readiness, and achieve business targets for assets and revenue.
Gather market intelligence, track competition, and provide feedback for business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in SME/Business Banking/Relationship Management. • Proven record in sourcing, portfolio management, and maintaining asset quality.
