1. Manage a team of 15-18 Quality Experts
2. Enable business to deliver high quality and faster outcomes and maintain the quality SLAs
3. Adhere to quality framework and ensure timely completion of audits, reports and analysis
4. Identify and lead Lead Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects
5. Drive Ideation to invite potential ideas for improvement
6. Help team achieve core deliverables (PKTs, Audits, Team Meetings, etc)
7. Drive internal and client calibrations
8. Manitan and present / discuss process and business performance dashboard with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to senior management
9. Perform end to end business diagnostic analysis to dissect to identify potential risks, gaps and areas of improvement
10. Work with cross functions (Operation, Training and others) to make action plans and drive the same to achieve better results
11. Plan and coordinate for resource planning and QA framework execution 12. Initiate and execute remediation plans resulting in better business performance
