Hiring For Property Preservation Team Lead US Mortgage
Verify if the Inspection reports & photos are matching with Vendor PDF results, Photos in OrangeGrid and 3rd party applications (MCS, Safeview, Cyprexx, QCMC, Yardi & FreddieMac) by cross verifying with Appraisal, Google & Prior inspection photos if any to determine the correct property was inspected and update notes in Sagent.
Verify if grass cuts are completed in line with allowable limits defined by states (state specific & Season wise).
Team Reviews, if any open escalation from customer, 3rd party via call center and respond to the escalation
Team reviewing for any damages and claims on the property
