You are currently looking to hire a Program / Project Manager with experience in the Semiconductor domain. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in the industry and will be responsible for managing multiple VLSI projects from start to finish. This role requires planning resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The candidate will also be expected to handle client communication, project reporting, identify risks, and drive issue resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as RTL, DV, PD, DFT, etc., is a key aspect of this position. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the VLSI/semiconductor industry. Strong project or program management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and coordination abilities. A technical background (B.Tech/MTech) is required, and an MBA would be considered a plus. This position offers a competitive budget of 15 lpa and is based in HYD.
