1. Working knowledge on Nickel based battery chemistry
2. Co-ordination with CFT teams to smooth execution of the activities
3. Preparation & release of Engineering Change Notes (ECNs) for design improvements or modifications to affected departments
4. Develop, maintain, and distribute product specifications across internal departments to ensure alignment and traceability
5. Prepare technical data sheets and contribute to the creation of new product catalogues and other customer-facing documents
6. Handling of product tooling's development activities required for new product with tooling vendor and coordination
7. Create and modify master product structures (BOMs) for Nickel based battery products based on engineering, and production requirements
8. Conduct benchmarking of competitor battery products & report preparation
9. Co-ordination of product validation and performance testing of new products
10. Updation of departmental procedures in accordance with organizational changes
1.Design and release of all components drawings to concern departments
2.Design,Verification and distribution of component drawings to suppliers for mold manufacturing
3.DV & PV builds validation
4.Bench Marking of competitor products
5.Preparing and submission of APQP and PPAP document for new products
6.Creation and maintain of BOM in SAP
