Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist located in Mumbai. The Optometrist will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, recommending corrective solutions, and providing guidance on eyewear options. Daily tasks include advising patients about eye care, maintaining and calibrating diagnostic equipment, and collaborating with other professionals to deliver excellent customer and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of optometry practices, including eye examination and vision correction techniques
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment with precision and maintain calibration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and team members
• Experience in patient care, customer service, and eyewear product recommendations
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Optometry or an equivalent field
• Licensure and certifications required to practice optometry in India
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer-centric environment
• Prior experience in hospital, retail optical clinics or eyewear consultation is a plus
