Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
implementation, configuration, and rollout
of the OBT platform for corporate clients.
Manage
project timelines, client expectations, and internal stakeholders
to ensure smooth delivery.
Act as the
bridge between clients, internal operations, and OBT technology partner
for product enhancements, issue resolution, and new feature requests.
Customize workflows and functionalities in the OBT to align with
client-specific travel policies and requirements
.
Drive
integration of OBT with GDS, payment gateways, expense tools, and client HR/ERP systems
.
Ensure timely response and resolution of operational issues to improve user satisfaction.
Track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously optimize OBT performance and usability.
Support Sales and Account Management teams by demonstrating OBT capabilities to prospective and existing clients.

Key Requirements

812 years of experience in
Corporate Travel / TMC / Travel Technology
with strong exposure to OBTs (e.g., Concur, Cytric, GetThere, Neo, or equivalent).
Proven track record in
project management, stakeholder management, and client implementation
.
Strong understanding of
GDS systems, mid-office, and payment integrations
.
Ability to translate
client requirements into system configurations and workflows
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with
CXO-level clients and technology partners
.
Tech-savvy, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is an added advantage.
