Hiring for .Net Full Stack Developer - Immediate Joining Experience: 6 Years to 8 Years Location: Pune Mode: Work from Office / 5 days working / Hybrid Work timings: 12PM to 9PM Fixed (UK Shift) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum All Candidates can post their CV at - "atul@mpowerment.in" Job Role: This role is responsible for oversees the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising system modifications and working on both front-end and back-end development processes and design, develop, and maintain fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers. Primary Skills Requirements: .NET, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, jQuery, SQL , Cosmos DB, Azure, DevOps Required: • Hand-on experience in .Net, React, and Azure • (6 to 8) years of experience, including at least (3 to 4) years of UI experience . • Deep understanding of UI components and React • Proficient in business analysis, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design. • Experience working in an agile environment. • Experience building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers. • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the actual launch of the project. • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates, and meet production deadlines. • Experience with mission-critical, 24x7 systems and exposure to high performance & parallel computing technologies. • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results. • Ability and desire to be a self-starter and work independently. • Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve issues.
