Job Description: IPDRG Team Lead &QA Level Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Salary: Up to 16 LPA CTC Certification Required: CCS/CIC Notice Period: 2 months or Immediate joiner Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead a team of IPDRG professionals to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to coding standards. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on IPDRG coding processes to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their coding skills and knowledge. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of coding services. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets and KPIs. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of coding processes, quality checks, and client communications. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role, preferably in IPDRG coding. Certified in either CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) or CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder). Strong understanding of IPDRG coding guidelines and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication is mandatory. A person with 5+ years of experience can proceed as a QA.
