Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Must be CPC or CCS Certified.
ED Facility Coding (10 coders): Accurately assign appropriate codes to Emergency Department (ED) facility services based on documentation from healthcare providers
Surgery-ENT (Otolaryngology) (10 coders) - Surgery coders who can code multispecialty surgeries with ENT experience.
Ensure coding quality and coding guidelines, including E&M, CPT, ICD-10, and other applicable regulations.
Review medical documentation to extract relevant information for coding purposes related to services rendered.
Provide coding-related training and support to colleagues as needed.
Compliance: Adhere to coding compliance standards and regulations, including HIPAA
Stay updated with current coding guidelines and regulations

Preferred candidate profile

Should be a Science Graduate.
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in ED Facility
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in ENT surgery coding
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
Comfortable to work from office.
Effective verbal and written communication skills (Should have capability to reply properly to client and stakeholders.
Successful completion of CPC or CCS certification must be active during joining and verified.
Able to work independently and willing to adapt and change as per business/ process requirements.
