Job Summary

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing operational marketing tasks.
• Coordinate and manage back-end marketing activities, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with vendors for collecting required documents, invoices and agreements.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor bills and payments, adhering to company processes and approval workflows.
• Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, payment trackers and campaign documentation.
• Support the marketing team in organizing events, campaigns, and trade shows as required.
• Assist in generating periodic reports and summaries for ongoing marketing initiatives and expenses.
• Plan & distribute the marketing support material to the channel & business partners based on approvals.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and approval protocols for all marketing-related transactions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation meticulously.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing workflows and financial processing (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
• Experience in handling documentation and vendor coordination is preferred.
