1. Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

Help youth build confidence, self-awareness, and employability skills through our Foundation Course.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sessions focused on life skills and personal growth
• Guide youth through self-exploration, communication, goal setting, and values-based learning
• Support students in building confidence and readiness for career pathways

2. Mobiliser / Outreach Coordinator

Be the face of Lighthouse in the community. Mobilize youth from underserved areas and support them in accessing our skilling programs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with youth and families in local communities to explain program benefits
• Drive enrolments in line with centre goals
• Build strong grassroots relationships and act as a role model

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for passionate individuals who are:

• Based in or around Palghar
• Available for immediate joining
• Experienced in community work, youth engagement, or training (preferred)
• Strong communicators in Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus)
• Eager to make a real difference in the lives of young people
