Job Summary: The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java and the Camunda BPM platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java programming, an understanding of BPMN, and experience integrating business processes into web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring, Hibernate, or other relevant frameworks. Design and implement business processes using Camunda BPM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose effective solutions. Optimize existing applications and processes for performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development and BPM. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Java development (3+ years preferred). Strong understanding of Camunda BPM, including BPMN, DMN, and CMMN. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA). Knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
