ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer Job Title: ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer Location: Relevantz Chennai Experience: 6 + years in ServiceNow Testing & Automation Job Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Automation Engineer to lead the testing, validation, and automation of our ServiceNow implementation, covering ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM modules. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality releases, and maintaining test frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure end-to-end test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and test results using Agile tools like JIRA. Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, UI policies, and APIs. Ensure test data management and environment setup for automation execution. Execute manual testing when necessary to validate new features and fixes. Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand testing requirements. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, ATF enhancements, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA & Automation Testing. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and API testing. Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for custom test script development. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM modules. Knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI. Experience with Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with test automation. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or other automation frameworks. Familiarity with Performance and Load Testing tools. Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and testing impact assessment. Experience with ServiceNow GRC or SecOps testing.
