Implementation Specialist- ServiceNow Key Skills Requirement gathering Solution Design ServiceNow Implementation Configuration ServiceNow Integration Customization Development Support Troubleshooting Continuous Improvement Skills Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements. Design solutions that meet industry best practices and align with business processes. Implement and configure ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM modules on the ServiceNow platform. Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, business rules, and workflows, to align with client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders and team members. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other applications. Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and automation using ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.). Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, AWS, Genesys, MuleSoft, Azure, etc.). Manage and implement system upgrades, patches, and security configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Provide technical expertise and best practices for ServiceNow implementation and support. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and support teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and custom developments. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows. Experience with ServiceNow development using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and IT Service Management processes. Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications and cloud services. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
