Technical Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  inbound calls

  from international customers (USA) facing errors, malware/virus issues, or printer problems.
• Diagnose basic issues and

  recommend appropriate technical support services or software

  (e.g., antivirus, drivers, and service packages).

• Sell support plans

  or one-time services with a consultative approach.
• Explain technical solutions in

  simple, clear language

  to non-technical users.
• Convert technical concerns into

  sales opportunities

  by building trust and offering value.
• Accurately maintain customer interaction details in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed

  daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets

  .
• Coordinate with the support team for issue resolution when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in an international inbound tech sales process.
• Hands-on experience with

  issues, antivirus (Norton, McAfee, etc.), and printer troubleshooting

  (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.).
• Excellent

  spoken English and convincing skills

  .
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and

  pitch relevant services or software

  .
• Comfortable working in

  night shifts

  and high-paced environments.
• Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and basic PC/network troubleshooting.
