Urgent Hiring for -: Technical Sales Executive Inbound (International BPO Antivirus, & Printer Support) Noida 9650225383 Job Location: Noida Salary: 30,000/- to 50,000/- + High Incentives Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones) Process: Inbound Technical Sales Experience Level: 110 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Technical Sales Executives for our Inbound International BPO process dealing with e rrors, antivirus solutions, and printer troubleshooting . This is a target-based sales role where you will assist customers with real-time technical issues and convert inquiries into successful sales of support plans, antivirus software, or related services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from international customers (USA) facing errors, malware/virus issues, or printer problems. Diagnose basic issues and recommend appropriate technical support services or software (e.g., antivirus, drivers, and service packages). Sell support plans or one-time services with a consultative approach. Explain technical solutions in simple, clear language to non-technical users. Convert technical concerns into sales opportunities by building trust and offering value. Accurately maintain customer interaction details in CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets . Coordinate with the support team for issue resolution when required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international inbound tech sales process. Hands-on experience with issues, antivirus (Norton, McAfee, etc.), and printer troubleshooting (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.). Excellent spoken English and convincing skills . Strong ability to identify customer needs and pitch relevant services or software . Comfortable working in night shifts and high-paced environments. Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus. Knowledge of CRM platforms and basic PC/network troubleshooting.
