Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IJP process, from release to employee feedback, ensuring timely execution and communication as per SOP.
Maintain and update trackers, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders and compensation.
Address employee queries within 24 hours and provide guidance in collaboration with HRBPs.
Analyze IJP data to identify trends, improve engagement, and recommend process enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement and feedback for Talent Mobility processes.

Onboarding (STEP IN):

Execute onboarding for Frontline and Mid-Management roles; support Leadership-level onboarding.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Diversity, L&D, Talent, Compensation) and external vendors to ensure smooth processes.
Maintain onboarding reports and trackers for accurate reporting.
Address employee grievances and promote IKS culture and values.
Lead and support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
