Job Description:

We are looking for Hospital Outpatient (OP) Coders with strong experience in Surgical Coding and Denials Management. The ideal candidates should have solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, and a proven ability to handle hospital outpatient surgery coding and related denial issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes for hospital outpatient surgery encounters.
  • Work on surgical coding and denial resolution to minimize claim rejections.
  • Ensure adherence to AAPC/AHIMA and compliance standards.
  • Meet daily/weekly coding productivity and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2–5 years of experience in hospital OP coding, specifically surgical coding.
  • Experience with ED (Emergency Department) coding is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of denials management and resolution.
  • Good understanding of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II coding systems.
  • Certification preferred: CPC, CCS, or equivalent (AAPC/AHIMA).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Work Mode: Work from home after 6 Months
