Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurses to provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The role offers flexible working hours with options for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts. As a Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care, assisting with daily medical needs, and ensuring patients' safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a home setting, adhering to all medical and safety guidelines.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other required treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and medication schedules.
• Assist with rehabilitation exercises and physical therapy as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document daily care activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for the patient at all times.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and coordinate with medical professionals as required.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Diploma in Nursing (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing.

Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of nursing experience (preferably in homecare or hospital settings).

Language Proficiency: English /Hindi

Working Hours: Flexible shifts available (12 hours /24 hours).
