Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Should design analog, power & embedded circuit
Should perform schematic design and simulation using Orcad Capture & Pspice tool
Should work on I2C, SPI, RS232, CAN, LIN etc. protocols
Should create BOM and be involved in procurement process too
Should bring up the board, perform tests & generate test reports
Should perform EMI/EMC test, thermal & humidity test, environmental test etc
Should debug boards & provide solutions as well
Should interact with vendors & FAEs and do follow ups with them
Should take initiatives & support other team members
Should support software, housing & quality team

Knowledge and Skills

Sound knowledge of electronics and its basic fundamentals
Strong on analog design, actuator & sensor interface designs and embedded design
Hands on experience with test & measurement instruments
Familiar with EMI /EMC standards, IEC standards & automotive standards
Familiar with Hardware or Product development life cycle
Strong product, customer and goal orientation
Capable to think analytically & conceptually
A good team player and have strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills & a quick learner
Co-working in a cross-functional team
Willing to travel abroad or locally for long durations (min. 3 months)

Education & Experience

B-Tech / M-Tech (Electronics / Telecommunication) or equivalent with minimum 65% academically
