Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The study of application integration.

  • The creation of package in the MSI, MST, formats as well as MSIX format, using Flexera Adminstudio (InstallShield)
  • Scripting- VBS, Batch, PowerShell
  • Knowledge application creation and deployment via Intune and SCCM
  • Packaging of applications for the Citrix environment
  • Guarantee the integrity of WIN SG Master and should not alter, modify, corrupt it.
  • Follow the processes and apply packaging standards of SG environment.
  • Provide L2 support to operational teams.
  • The person should make sure that globalization of the package, keeping the international context in mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Windows Installer packaging ( MSI, MST, MSP) with AdminStudio
    • Virtualization with Microsoft APP-V • Experience in VMware Workstation and Hyper-V • Working experience in Windows 8.1, 10 &11, Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2022 • Knowledge on SCCM and Intune Application deployment • Scripting- VBS, Batch, PowerShell
  • Extensive knowledge on various Windows Client and Server OS
  • Basic understanding of Project Management
    • Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes and certification will be added advantage • Understanding of Agile Methodology would be an advantage. • Effective communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory, with Client centric approach • Engage in global projects and client deliverables • Provide reports as per the management and compliance team request
